The Goulburn Murray Fairley Leadership Programme is an independent initiative of regional economic and community groups, modelled on the successful Leadership Victoria Programme.

Established since 1997, it aims to encourage and enhance participants’ leadership qualities for the benefit of the wider regional community.

The programme offers participants the opportunity to meet with and question a broad cross section of regional, state and national leaders from a range of experience and backgrounds.

Millwaters Retreat

Overview

Just over an hour’s drive from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne, lies Millgrove. Nestled amongst the towering eucalyptus and Fern glades of the Upper Yarra Valley. With the mountains as a backdrop and the river just a short stroll away, Millwaters Retreat Bed and Breakfast offers you a perfect setting in which to relax and unwind.

Millwaters Retreat is an elegant custom Content Management System (CMS) written specifically for the site. This site needed to have the WOW factor to make it stand out from other tourism sites in the region. Use of a bold colour scheme and suttle animation gives it that effect.

Using a secure Administration area of the site, the owners are able to login and update the site in real time.

The site utilizes a vast range of website development technologies including XML, Flash, CSS, DHTML, ASP, and Javascript.

Welcome to McPherson Media, your local Internet provider for the Goulburn Valley and surrounding regions.

Our Company was established in 1995 and is now one of country Victoria ’s largest, privately owned ISP’s.

We are a part of the McPherson Media Group, so all our customers have free access to the News Online, the online versions of eleven newspapers covering the Goulburn Valley and beyond.

McPherson Media currently had it’s own website however needed assistance adding complex scripting language to the site. The site also required a user friendly Administration area where staff could manage the content on the site.

Skills Training Australia is an Australian Registered Training Organization, providing a range of high quality and innovative training to meet the requirements of industry with nationally recognized and certificated courses. We offer both subsidized public access courses and also tailored specific need of our individual clients.

Peter Wilson demanded the use of Broadys Web Designs VCMS (Virtual Content Management System) due to the ease of updating the website and the layout and use of the WYGIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Editor which is very simular to Microsoft Word.
The site uses modules such as a Newsletter Module, where owners can mass email their mailing list members and also a comprehensive Statistics Module where staff can track the demographic details of visitors and help to increase their productivity.

Rotary Club Of Bendigo Sandhurst

Overview

The Rotary Club of Bendigo Sandhurst is a non-profit organisation which demanded the design of a Content Management System to incorporate into the design of the site.

The site owner needed a site which could be easily updated and easy to use for its members.

The Rotary Club Of Bendigo Sandhurst uses Broadys Web Designs VCMS (Virtual Content Management System). This website also consists of modules for the site which can be easily enabled or disabled with the click of a button. Some of these modules include a newsletter module where members can register for weekly newsletters. The Newsletter module has a built in mass mailer component so sending large numbers of Newsletters is a breeze.

The Rotary Club of Bendigo Sandhurst also includes an XML based Discussion Forum where its members can interact with each other and post comments for all to see.

Brooks Grain uses Broadys Web Designs exclusive Content Management System VCMS (Virtual Content Management System) which is a 100% database driven Content Management System.

Using this system the owners of Brooks Grain have total control over the content which is shown on the site by the use of a What You See Is What You Get Editor (WYSIWYG) which is built into the Administrative Section of the website.

Avonmore Estate Winery

Overview

Rob & Pauline Bryans first planted Shiraz vines in 1997, followed by Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese and recent planting of Viognier. Vines are drip irrigated, but with restricted water use. Vines and wine are both Certified using Bio-Dynamic principles, without the use of any artificial pesticiedes, herbicides and are allowed to grow and develop naturally with minimum intervention.

Avonmore Estate is a detailed E-Commerce Website where customers can purchase wine online through a third party 128Bit Secure Server. Website was developed with simplicity in mind for owner Rob Bryans. An administrtion back-end was written for the site which enables full control and modification of the site without the need to know or learn complex scripting & development languages.

All our staff members are there for one purpose and that is to give support to our existing cliental and our new clients. Or just people who need help with computer problems, and If we cannot answer your questions we can find the answer for you.

Minit Computers Service has been in this industry for more than 29 years, we are one of the one of oldest computer companies in Australia and the reason for such a long service history is because:
we believe Our service, quality of goods and the type of warranty we give, surpasses most other computer companies.

Minit Computer Service has seen many face lifts in the last few years. The site gets a totally new design approx every 12 months to keep the site fresh and interesting. The site is a large traffic sites with weekly pageviews in the thousands so speed for the site was critical aspect in the design. The site is database driven due to the large number of products listed and is updated a couple of times a week to keep the pricing of the products correct.

Bendigo Business Excellance Awards

Overview

The Rotary Club of Bendigo Sandhurst in conjunction with major sponsor Powercor Australia and category sponsors, City of Greater Bendigo, Bendigo Bank, Bendigo Advertiser, Latrobe University, 3BO/Star FM, Carlton and United and Southern Cross Ten are excited to bring you these awards. The awards promise to be bigger and better than ever with major change in the categories, entry and judging processes making the awards more user friendly for business and employees.

The Bendigo Business Excellence Awards Website required a fresh new look. The site is a fully interactive database driver Content Management System. The CMS was specifically written for this website however can be modified to use for other sites.
The idea behind the design was that the site had to be easy to update for the Administrators of BBEA without them needing to know or learn complex ASP, XHTML and CSS. It features a very detailed and easy to understand Administrative area where the site can be updated, statistics can be viewed and many, many more features. It uses a WYSIWYG (”What You See Is What You Get”) editor similar to Microsoft Word. The site also features a comprehensive Flash and Image Directory for full total control of the content.

The site required a module where visitors to the site could nominate an individual or business online for the Bendigo Business Excellance Awards for that specific year. The nominations were added to a Microsoft Access database and also emailed to the Administrators of the site.

The site utilizes a vast range of website development technologies including , Flash, XHTML, CSS, DHTML, ASP, & Javascript.
